1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Ahlul Bayt Quran Academy ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

2. Description of Services

Ahlul Bayt Quran Academy provides online Quran education services, including but not limited to:

• Online Quran classes with qualified Shia teachers
• Quran memorization (Hifz) programs
• Tajweed and Tafseer courses
• Islamic studies and prayer education
• Free trial classes
• Educational materials and resources

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time, including the availability of any feature, database, or content.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Eligibility

By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or if you are under 18, that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use our Services and that your parent or guardian agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

4. Payments and Refunds

4.1 Fees

Our Services may require payment of fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees in accordance with the pricing and payment terms presented to you for the Services.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods as indicated during the checkout process. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

4.3 Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Full refund if requested within 7 days of payment and before classes begin
• Pro-rated refund for unused classes if cancellation occurs mid-month
• No refunds for completed classes or if more than 50% of monthly classes have been attended

5. Class Scheduling and Cancellation

5.1 Scheduling

Classes are scheduled based on mutual availability between students and teachers. We strive to accommodate preferred time slots but cannot guarantee specific teachers or times.

5.2 Cancellation and Rescheduling

Students must provide at least 4 hours notice for class cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the class being counted as completed.

5.3 Teacher Substitutions

We reserve the right to substitute teachers when necessary due to illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to provide qualified substitute teachers.

6. User Conduct and Responsibilities

As a user of our Services, you agree to:

• Use the Services only for lawful purposes
• Respect our teachers and staff at all times
• Not engage in any harassing, abusive, or inappropriate behavior
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Not record classes without explicit permission
• Not use the Services to distribute spam or malicious content
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Content

All content provided through our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Ahlul Bayt Quran Academy or our content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

7.2 License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Services for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of our Services or their contents.

7.3 Restrictions

You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from our Services without our express written permission.

Our Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Ahlul Bayt Quran Academy makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of our Services or the information, content, materials, or products included therein.

You expressly agree that your use of our Services is at your sole risk. We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ahlul Bayt Quran Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
• Any content obtained from the Services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the six months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ahlul Bayt Quran Academy and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved through friendly negotiations between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, the parties agree to submit the dispute to mediation before pursuing other remedies.

13.3 Jurisdiction

You agree that any legal action or proceeding between Ahlul Bayt Quran Academy and you for any purpose concerning these Terms or the parties' obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Pakistan.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using our Services.
